About the Owner

Lanita Sconce Smith is a Jamesport resident, a graduate of Tri County High School.

and until Covid, worked at the only bank in town. She knows the Amish

and they know her. She took over the Amish Tour Business after her husband, Jim Smith, passed away in 2015. Jim was born and raised in Jamesport and was highly respected in the community. Lanita is well known in the area and her tours, like her husband's, are all entertaining as well as educational.
